Our Terms and Conditions outline the working agreement between Creative Joinery (Chorley) Ltd and our customers for the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke fitted furniture. This document explains important information regarding quotations, payment terms, manufacturing processes, installation arrangements, guarantees and customer responsibilities.

We believe in complete transparency before any order is confirmed, which is why our full trading terms are always available to review. They are designed to clearly set out expectations for both parties, prevent misunderstandings, and ensure every made-to-measure project runs smoothly from initial design through to final installation.

As all furniture we produce is custom built to each client’s specification, these terms also describe the nature of bespoke manufacturing, including acceptable tolerances, material characteristics, and standard construction practices used within the fitted furniture industry.
